All returns are gladly accepted within 10 business days for a full refund on merchandise in new condition.
After 10 days, a restocking fee may apply.
Special arrangements may be made to meet the needs of our customers when necessary.

Layaway Program

Buying jewelry has never been so easy!
Our lay-away program here at Truman Jewelers gives you another option of payment. This program is great for those who want to buy jewelry but can not afford the price yet. With our lay-away program you can reserve your jewelry with a value of over $100.00. There are no hidden charges or interest applied (except for cancellation after 2 days). The seller holds all layaway purchases until the balance is paid in full. Up to 4 Months Layaway terms are available.

- 20% minimum deposit required.
- Deposits, down payment, or any other payments after 2 business days are
  non-refundable.
- Monthly payments required.
- If minimum installment payments are not made items may be returned to stock
  and a restocking fee may apply.
- All items placed on layaway must be paid for in full within 4 months from the date
  of the layaway.
- You are welcome to pay off the balance due anytime within the 4 months.
- Special arrangements may be made to meet the needs of our customers
  when necessary.
